Technology Connected and Business News Wales launch Cyber Spotlight month throughout May

Technology Connected and Business News Wales will be shining a light on Wales’ vibrant Cyber industry across throughout May.

Recognised as one of Wales’ key industries by the Welsh Government in their International Strategy, the Cardiff Capital Region (CCR) Investment Framework and Skills Partnership, and the Technology Connected Technology Leadership Council the Cyber sector is one Wales’ premier technology exports.

Throughout May, the Technology News Wales section of Business News Wales, partnered with Technology Connected will be sharing stories, insights and news with a specific Cyber focus.

In addition to showcasing the industry, Technology Connected has also launched a free tier of membership for three months for cyber businesses within Wales, allowing them to access free membership benefits and support during the Covid-19 pandemic.

“Led by Professor Pete Burnap Professor of Data Science & Cybersecurity in the School of Computer Science & Informatics, Director of the Cardiff Centre for Cyber Security Research and Cyber Security lead on the Welsh Technology Leadership Council, May will see a range of cyber-specific showcases across the section.”
